Shipping and Returns


TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
Because each product is handmade to order, please allow between 2-5 business days for processing (processing is different the shipment time)
 Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.
 
SALES TAX
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped from the State of OK
 
Facial/Body Products 
Please patch test your self before using your purchased product outright. This ensures that you do not use a product that may cause an allergic reaction. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions to the products. Please read ingredients and be aware before purchasing if you have any allergies. 
ORDER STATUS
After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email which includes a link to access your order status page.  From the order status page you are able to: check the status of your shipment re-order products-see real-time updates on the location of your shipment 
 
EXCHANGES
Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept exchanges. This is for your safety as well as our. The product is yours to keep. 
 
RETURNS
We hope you fall in love with GOLDLIPZCO. If that's not the case, we will do all we can to turn that frown upside down.
WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS OR REFUNDS
However..... If your order is damaged...please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order for instructions on returning your product and receiving a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for any shipping costs in returning your product(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable), less any applied discounts, will be deducted from your refund

When returning your product(s), please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
